Four States offers secure document purge services and paper shredding services to meet your office needs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Kansas, at any frequency that our clients require.

DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION
Bring us any documents you need shredded or otherwise destroyed and will are not only willing to shred them in your presence but will also provide you with a certificate of destruction.

ELECTRONICS RECYCLING
We will take or pickup any and all old electronics including, computers, printers, cell phones, monitors, servers and more. We pick do not charge to recycle these items.​

PAPER AND CARDBOARD RECYCLING
​Our bread and butter is paper and cardboard recycling. We are able to process these materials for recycling into other products at a local mill. This is a much better option then sending it to the city dump!

PLASTIC RECYCLING
Please inquire with us about our plastic recycling program. We take all forms of plastics and help the environment in the process!

Other Services:
One-time/ Purge Service
Generally customers choose to store their files in a standard 12" x 16" file box, therefore we use this as our unit of measure for billing purposes. For your convenience, we will collect your files in boxes, file cabinets or use any sized container for collection.

On-going/ Routine Service
We will provide office friendly, locking security containers for materials to be destroyed. We offer many different styles including the most popular, a 64-gallon mobile unit Containers are provided at no cost. Service is provided on a set day and frequency, eliminating the need to call for service. We offer daily, weekly, monthly and bi-monthly service.

Electronic Media Destruction and Recycling
Four States can organize, dismantle, package, and remove surplus computer equipment safely and securely. The entire computer recycling and destruction process is performed by experienced and professional employees who are bonded, drug tested, have undergone thorough background checks, and sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
